Xander Cage 4 (2025) brings back the extreme athlete turned government operative in his most dangerous mission yet. After years off the grid, Xander Cage is forced to return when a mysterious global hacker group known as “Black Cipher” launches coordinated cyber-attacks on world governments, threatening to plunge the planet into digital chaos. The group claims to have created a device that can disable all satellite systems, banking networks, and military defense grids within minutes. With the world on the brink of collapse, there’s only one man reckless enough to stop them—Xander Cage.
The film opens with high-stakes action as Xander is tracked down in the Amazon jungle, living in exile. Despite his reluctance, he agrees to help after learning that the attacks are linked to someone from his past—his former ally turned rival, Nyx, a rogue agent who faked her death and now leads Black Cipher. She believes the world needs to be reset, and she sees herself as the one to break the system that betrayed them both.

Reuniting with his old crew, including Adele, Torch, and Talon, Xander forms a new team of thrill-seeking specialists from around the world. Each has a unique skill—from drone combat and underwater sabotage to AI hacking and urban free-running. Together, they travel across iconic global locations—from neon-lit streets of Tokyo to abandoned Soviet bunkers in Siberia—racing against time to stop Nyx from activating her final protocol, known only as “Black Dawn.”
As the action intensifies, Xander finds himself torn between his old feelings for Nyx and his duty to stop her. Flashbacks reveal their complex past—how they once believed in the same cause but were divided by betrayal and ideology. The emotional stakes rise as Cage must choose between saving the woman he once loved or stopping a plan that could end civilization as we know it.

In a final explosive showdown on an orbiting space station hijacked by Black Cipher, Xander and Nyx face off in a brutal fight while a massive cyber-virus threatens to shut down Earth’s systems. Xander manages to override the virus using a risky, improvised plan that almost kills him, proving again that he works best under pressure—and without rules.
The film ends with Xander disappearing once more, leaving behind only a cryptic message: “If the world breaks again… you know where to find me.” Xander Cage 4 delivers adrenaline, tech warfare, and a deeper look into what drives a rebel hero to keep saving a world that never plays by the rules.
