Quigley Down Under (1990) – Official Trailer (HD)

Years after the events of the original film, Matthew Quigley has settled into a quieter life in the rugged outback of Australia. Though his days of hired gunslinging are behind him, whispers of his legendary marksmanship still echo across the desert. When a young Aboriginal tracker named Jarra seeks him out with a desperate plea, Quigley is reluctantly drawn back into action. A ruthless mining company has taken over sacred Aboriginal land, destroying communities and threatening anyone who resists. With no one else willing to help, Jarra turns to the one man whose name still brings fear to outlaws: Quigley.

Despite his initial hesitation, Quigley can’t turn away from injustice. Together with Jarra, he begins to rally a group of resistance fighters made up of displaced locals, former bushrangers, and old allies from his past. Among them is Crazy Cora, now wiser and fiercer, returning to fight for the land that once gave her refuge. As tensions rise, the group must outwit and outgun the mercenaries hired by the mining tycoon, a cold-blooded American named Elijah Brock, who will stop at nothing to seize control of the territory.

Quigley Down Under

The story takes Quigley and his companions deep into the wilds of the Australian interior, where they face harsh conditions, betrayal, and the ghosts of their pasts. As battles erupt, it becomes clear that this fight is not just about land—it’s about identity, legacy, and respect for cultures that have long been silenced. Quigley, once a foreigner, now finds himself fighting for a place he has come to call home.

Brock proves to be a formidable adversary, matching Quigley’s skills with ruthless strategy and superior firepower. Yet, through clever ambushes and precise long-range shots, Quigley begins to turn the tide. The climax unfolds during a tense standoff in the red canyons, where honor and history collide under the unforgiving sun.

Quigley Down Under

As the dust settles, losses are mourned, and victories feel bittersweet. Quigley, having once again risked everything, walks away not as a hired gun, but as a protector of the land and the people who welcomed him as one of their own. Jarra takes up the rifle, symbolizing a passing of the torch to a new generation determined to defend what is sacred.

Quigley Down Under 2 reimagines the Western in a modern context, blending action, emotion, and cultural depth. It’s a story of redemption, unity, and the enduring power of standing up for what’s right—even at the edge of the world.
